WilPower provides homes in the North Suburbs with staff to support the needs of the residents.  Each home is inspected regularly by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Bureau of Accreditation, Licensure and Certification and meets local zoning regulations.

Adults can participate in a psychiatric rehabilitation day program designed to enhance their daily living skills and develop their support network.  Individuals may receive assistance with money management and meal planning and will have the opportunity to develop their communication and problem solving skills.  The program at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center includes individual and group counseling, employment services, case management and crisis intervention.

In addition, WilPower offers training and support around substance abuse issues, stress management, medication management and alternatives to hospitalization.

The Supported Employment Program assists members to get competitive work in integrated employment settings and provides follow-along supports.

An outreach worker provides supportive services to adults and families in their homes as they cope with problems related to mental illness. A Family Support Group meets one evening a month.
