We partner with people who have a mental illness to support their recovery and their pursuit of lives with meaning and purpose. The New Foundation Center provides members recovery programs, permanent supportive housing, supported employment, and health and wellness programs, all within a community that encourages sharing, independent living, friendship, personal responsibility, and family participation. We believe that people can recover.

We need your help! Stop passage of a doomsday budget.

The State of Illinois is considering a budget that would drastically cut New Foundation Center’s programs. These cuts will have a direct impact on our members who use employment, housing and rehabilitation services – to manage a mental illness and recover.

Please contact your state representatives and ask them to vote “No” on the proposed budget and vote “yes” for people with disabilities whose lives depend on these vital services.
